This is the final page of the "Whitney's Birthday" storyline, and the first glimpse into Chelsea’s background within the context of the comic. I’ve always said she was an orphan (it’s even in her character description in the cast section), but have never shown her foster parents or any glimpse of her life behind closed doors. In the next story arc, Persephoni is going to discuss openly why Chelsea feels so isolated.
Perhaps there may be a reason behind her sociopathic behavior after all.
