It’s always been hinted that there is more to Eddy’s character than it seems. Now we’re finally getting a glimpse into the hierarchy of the Guardians. Eddy is indeed higher up on the ladder than the rest of them, though it’s not too much of a surprise since he did kinda tell Peter that awhile back.
And he definitely enjoys his powers a bit too much, hehe.
