Seth has already proven that he loves messing with Peter’s head. So really, this is nothing new for him.
This page only had room for a few cameos, but for the few that made it in, it was certainly a dragon-heavy page! There have been dragon characters showing up in the backgrounds of other pages before, but never so many at one time, hehe. Must be a dragon study hall going on in the library.
